The Alabama Hills of California was the backdrop for many of the 1950's and '60's Westerns for TV and Movies. Oddly enough, it is also known as "Movie Flat Road."
Located in the Alabama Hills Recreation Area near Lone Pine, CA.
About Doug Davidson
A camera has been in my hands ever since I can remember with my father and Grandfather's mentoring early on. I've received several photographic awards, have shown in galleries / museums and contributed to many publications with my life long photographic passion.
